Senior Planner & Founder
Ronald “Skip” Skolnik has spent over 22 years working in the senior and financial services industry. Skip started his
work in senior services as a marketing professional with his advertising agency in Lorain County. After working with many firms that cater to the unique needs and demands of our aging society, he dedicated his career to helping seniors successfully and confidently transition into their golden years.
Skip has grown his business through referrals and community education events designed to help area seniors who are seeking solutions to their unique financial challenges. Skip is dedicated to developing lasting relationships with all of his clients. He believes education is the key to helping each person become confident in assessing his or her financial goals and participating in the financial management process. Skip has demonstrated the aptitude to implement complex financial plans and protection strategies to help his families have the peace of mind knowing “everything is taken care of.”
One of the benefits of working with Skip is his ability to provide clear, easily understood explanations of complex financial products and services. The personalized program that he can develop can provide a roadmap to help work towards a more secure financial future for his client’s families and their children, especially during these turbulent times.
Skip and his wife Amy raised their family in Lorain County and Elyria and now reside locally in the Sandusky area. Amy has also found her passion utilizing her communication and education expertise as the Educational Coordinator for Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Northeast Ohio. She coordinates over 40 locations in five counties and works with dozens of school districts.
Skip & Amy spend their free time enjoying Lake Erie on their sailboat and at their home in the Marblehead/Lakeside area.
